We email a tracking number the moment the parcel is collected. The carrier’s site shows every scan as it happens.

Finding your number

The tracking number is in the dispatch email, and it is also on the order in your account area if you created one at checkout. Orders normally leave us within 1 business day, so a number that has not appeared after that is worth asking about.

How long delivery takes

Once the parcel is with UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage, allow 2–5 business days. Both figures are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
