Two numbers decide whether a mount works
The first is the VESA pattern, seventy-five or one hundred millimetres, and a surprising number of consumer monitors have neither because the stand bolts straight into the housing. The second is the load the arm is rated for, which matters more than screen size because two thirty-two inch panels can differ by several kilograms. How do I know an arm will hold my screen?
