Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before dispatch carries no charge. Here is how to ask for one and what applies once the order has already gone out.
How to cancel
Send the order number to info@adatavision.shop, or call +1 (888) 888-2087 within our hours of Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM · Closed Saturday and Sunday (ET), and we will stop the order if it has not shipped.
How long you have
Handling runs to 1 business day. Requests received before the parcel is labelled are cancelled; later ones become returns.
If the order has already shipped
If the order is in transit, either refuse it or return it within 30 days. Either way the refund is issued 3–5 business days after we have it back.
Cancelling one item from a larger order
You may cancel part of an order before it leaves. Only that part is refunded, and we contact you first if it takes the total under $52.
When we cancel an order
Should stock run out, a price prove clearly erroneous, or an address fail checks, we cancel the order, refund everything and explain the reason.
