Shipping Policy
DataVision ships all orders itself from 55 W 39th St, New York, NY 10018. The sections below give the rate, the handling time, the transit estimate and the process for a delayed parcel.
1What delivery costs
Delivery is charged at $8.49 per order to any US destination. When the subtotal reaches $52 the charge is removed by the cart before payment.
2How long it takes
Dispatch happens within 1 business day and the carrier leg takes 2–5 business days. We use UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage. If a delay on our side is going to push past that, we email you before the ship date.
3Where we can deliver
We send parcels to any address in the United States. International delivery is not offered, and forwarding addresses are not accepted.
4How orders are packed
Everything ships in a corrugated box with paper padding, and any component that could mark another one is wrapped on its own before the box is closed.
5Getting the address right
A parcel goes where the label says. Verify your address before paying, and contact info@adatavision.shop the moment you spot an error — corrections are free until the label exists.
6What a business day means here
Both figures are in business days and skip weekends and federal holidays, so plan around the calendar rather than the clock.
7If a parcel goes missing
Any issue in transit — no movement, a wrong scan, visible damage on arrival — goes to info@adatavision.shop. We deal with the carrier and make it right without charging you again.
