Orders placed with DataVision are governed by these terms, which coexist with the statutory rights you already have.
Orders and acceptance
An order placed here is an offer; the dispatch notice is the acceptance. Between the two we may cancel and refund.
Prices and errors
Prices are in United States dollars. A clear error is raised with you before dispatch and resolved by agreement or refund.
Using this site
Photographs, descriptions and design are owned by DataVision or the relevant maker. Linking is allowed; copying and scraping are not.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns and Refunds page, and cancellation by our Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Stock and availability
Availability is accurate at the time shown. Where a race for the last item occurs, we refund rather than substitute.
Governing law
This document is governed by the laws of New York and the United States, and disputes are resolved in New York.
